I just couldn't help myself.

This is an enrty for 's 13th zodiac contest.
It is note quite in the full sailor scout style, but since the 13th sign is different/disputed I figured to work with being different.
Her eyes are closed and she sits on a pedestal because she is forgotten and largely unknown until called upon.
